At DOPE, we believe that real impact happens when teens are empowered, educated, and entertained in a way that speaks their language and honors their potential. Since our founding, we’ve been committed to doing our part — and the results speak volumes.

Our mission is simple but powerful: To inspire, educate, and equip underserved teens through innovative programs that fuse entertainment with life-changing education and empowerment opportunities.

In 2025, we impacted 224 unique DOPE Teens across Dallas-Fort Worth

As of March 31, 2026, DOPE has engaged 126 unique teens so far this year.

    So far in 2026, we’ve seen 126 Unique DOPE Teens.

  • Of participants feel more confident and enhanced leadership skills after participating in our programming.

Past Signature Programs that Made a Difference

  • A five-day entrepreneurship and personal development boot camp.
    - 30 participants
    - $1,000 for winning business pitch competitions
    - Partnered with City of DeSoto, Behind Every Door and the Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce

  • A one-day high-energy experience blending inspiration and entertainment.
    - Approximately 200 students participated
    - 1 senior awarded a laptop for college readiness

  • Outdoor leadership and confidence-building through ropes courses.
    - 30 students learned trust, courage, and teamwork

  • A three-day STEAM, leadership and entrepreneurship boot camp.

    - 20 participants
    - 2 students were awarded new iPads for business development
    - Partnered with the City of Dallas and Best Buy Teen Center

  • Brand U is an interactive workshop designed to help teens discover their personal brand, strengthen their digital presence, and build confidence in how they communicate and present themselves. Through hands-on activities and real-world guidance, teens learn how to align who they are with opportunities such as summer jobs, college applications, scholarships, and future careers. The experience equips teens with practical tools to show up with clarity, professionalism, and purpose.
