We’re Back
After a summer hiatus, DOPE is returning with a new experience built around one powerful idea:
The goal is important, but who you become while pursuing it matters even more.
Beyond the Goal uses the lessons of soccer to help teens think bigger about their own lives. Scoring may be the moment everyone sees, but behind every goal is preparation, teamwork, discipline, resilience, strategy, and the courage to take the shot.
Throughout the day, teens will participate in interactive games, challenges, conversations, and hands-on activities designed to help them move from simply having dreams to actually building a plan for them.
What Teens Will Explore
See the Field
Define what you want, recognize your strengths, and get clear about where you’re trying to go.
Build the Game Plan
Turn a big goal into realistic steps, identify resources, and determine your next move.
Know Your Position
Discover the strengths you bring to a team and understand that success doesn’t require everyone to play the same role.
Make the Halftime Adjustment
Learn how to respond when life doesn’t go according to plan. We’ll talk about rejection, setbacks, pressure, changing direction, and knowing when to adjust instead of quit.
Protect the Goal
Take a real look at the habits, relationships, distractions, and decisions that can either protect your future or get in its way.
Build Your Dream Team
Learn the difference between friends, mentors, coaches, accountability partners, and the people who can help connect you to your next opportunity.
Take the Shot
Practice communicating your goal with confidence and learn why preparation means very little if you’re never willing to act.
More Than a Workshop
This experience also marks DOPE’s return after taking time away while Sir Will pursued a major professional goal of his own.
That journey is part of the lesson.
Sometimes pursuing a dream requires patience. Sometimes it requires sacrifice. Sometimes the plan changes completely. But when the opportunity comes, you have to be prepared to step into it.
And because our DOPE teens were patient while we took that journey, we’re planning a special closing experience as a thank-you.
What’s Included
Registration includes the full workshop experience, interactive activities and games, workshop materials, a catered lunch, giveaways, and a few surprises we’re saving for the final whistle.
As always, registration is completely free for teens.
Space is limited, so please only register if you plan to attend. These experiences are free to our teens, but they require real resources, planning, and investment from our team to make happen.
